Getting Started
Agreement Tags
There are two types of agreement tags within LinkSquares Analyze: Smart Tags and Custom tags, or user-generated tags.
Tags keep you organized and the data visible for easy access and viewing.
Agreement tags are used in the platform as you would a folder to categorize or organize your agreements. The name of the tag will be applied to the specific agreements either manually as a custom tag or automatically by LinkAI, referencing a Smart Tag.
Only Power User licenses (Administrators & Managers) have permission to manage tags (including deleting and creating tags). You can refer to the permissions by role matrix if you have questions: HERE
Tags will be applied automatically if the Smart Tags feature is turned on in your account.
Smart tags are identified in the color green:
Tags make agreements searchable through filters on the Main Agreement page, both at a high level or an advanced search. The dropdown filters can be searched by name and are sorted alphabetically for scrolling.
Note: If you do not see the tag that is expected to be visible, specific permissions may prevent your views, such as role, account permissions, or agreements without the tag present.

Agreement Types
Agreement types specify the type of agreement being viewed.
An Agreement type is generated by reading the first 2000 words of an agreement and determining which pre-populated type should be applied.
If the existing types do not apply to your workflow needs, custom or user-generated custom agreement types can be mapped to the current selection of types.
An Administrator or Manager can create and amp custom agreement types.
Applying the accurate agreement type provides ease in filtering and finding information quickly. Agreement types can be filtered on the main agreement page.
Agreement Type can be found in two locations

Global Terms and Smart Values
Powered by LinkAI, Smart Values are the values the LinkSquares algorithm automatically extracts from all agreements within LinkSquares Analyze. User-generated terms, under Global Terms, are specific metadata values manually extracted from agreements by you and your team within LinkSquares Analyze.
Both provide the benefits of finding key information quickly when filtered.
