Overview
Store, search, and report on all of your agreements in LinkSquares Analyze, your AI-powered repository. This is the central repository of every business agreement that has been uploaded and synced to Analyze, effectively organizing and storing your agreements.
This page can be considered your go-to for specific agreement information when you do not want to review every agreement one-by-one, creating a more efficient workflow.
Process
After logging in to Analyze, you will be brought to the main Agreements page.
Users can access the main Agreements page by selecting the Agreements tab from the navigation bar.
1. Searching by Agreement Name
Agreement Name
Every agreement in LinkSquares has a unique name.
To quickly locate an agreement, enter any portion of the agreement name in the search bar.
The search bar generates results based on any variation of the agreement name, not the content of the agreement itself.
Note: There is no maximum character limit for agreement name searches.
Content
Select Content (Inexact) from the Agreement Name drop-down to filter your agreements by inexact content. Inexact content searches mean that whole words can be searched in any order.
The agreement content data point allows you to search through agreements for specific language: keywords, phrases, or entire clauses. This is possible via the OCR (Optical Character Recognition) text that is generated from your agreements.
Note: There is no maximum character limit for inexact agreement content searches.
2. Searching by Agreement Type
Pivot agreements by type by leveraging the Agreement Type drop-down.
Progressive Filtering
If you would like this feature enabled in your LinkSquares account, contact your Customer Success Manager.

If Smart Admin is enabled, LinkSquares AI will automatically assign one of 26 Smart Types to your agreements. To learn more about Smart Types, reference our article on Smart Types.
Smart Types are indicated by a green light bulb icon. If the type cannot be determined, it will be marked as Uncategorized.
Administrators and Managers can manually update agreements to custom agreement types. Custom agreement types are indicated by a blue pencil icon.
If the agreement type was determined during agreement creation workflows within LinkSquares Finalize, the agreement type will appear with a blue pencil icon. LinkSquares AI skips type classification when the type is mapped within Finalize.
15. Agreement Tags
There are two types of agreement tags within LinkSquares Analyze: Smart Tags and custom tags.
Smart Tags are automatically added to agreements by LinkSquares AI as soon as they hit the repository. Smart Tags are lime green.
Custom tags are user-created by Administrators and Managers to further customize and organize agreements by something that cannot be found within the agreement's text, and therefore cannot be derived by LinkSquares AI.
Custom tags are unlimited and can be changed over time. They vary in color depending on your Analyze Administrator team's configuration.
