Overview
Managers and Administrators have the ability to edit and delete agreements within LinkSquares Analyze. With the appropriate account and user permissions, users can download agreements.
Providing access to editing downloading and deleting agreements in your account, gives control and customization to your workflow.
Process
Editing Agreements
There are two workflows for editing agreements within the main Agreements page.
1. Click the ellipsis icon next to the relevant agreement.
Select Edit from the drop-down.
From here, edit the agreement name, type, tags, and related agreements (i.e., parent-child hierarchy).
Click SAVE once complete.
2. Mark the checkbox on the left-hand side of the agreement. One or many agreements can be selected.
Click the pencil icon below the search bar.
From here, edit the agreement type and tags.

Click SAVE once complete.
Downloading Agreements
There are two workflows for downloading agreements within the main Agreements page.
Individual Agreements
Click the ellipsis icon next to the relevant agreement.
Select Download file from the drop-down.
The agreement file will be downloaded locally.
Bulk Agreements
There is the ability to download your agreements in bulk.
If this is something that is needed within your account, please reach out to support at: support@linksquares.com. Provide the following information:
- Agreement ID's
OR - Filter criteria
They can provide the download of the subset of agreements needed.
Deleting Agreements
To delete an agreement within the main Agreements page, click the ellipsis icon next to the relevant agreement.
Select Delete from the drop-down.
Click DELETE to confirm.
