Overview
The Analyze Product is your central repository of finalized agreements. It contains both active and expired agreements. The Analyze Product generates text from all your agreements so they can be searched, filtered, and reported on and gives you a 360 view of your contracts.
This guide will help users get familiar and comfortable with the key points of Analyze’s Main Agreement page and how to find agreements.

Getting Started
Before logging into Analyze, ensure you have the proper role and permissions for the functions you want to complete.

- Log into your respective instance. If you are a new user, you should have received a welcome email or your company's LinkSquares Administrator has advised you how to log in. The standard login is app.linksquares.com. If you log in through an SSO, your LinkSquares domain name will be the prefix. This can be discussed with your LinkSquares Administrator.
- There are two default pages LinkSquares will open with.
- Analyze Main Agreement page
- Finalize Main Agreement page
- If your default page is Finalize, click into the waffle and choose Analyze
- The page opens to the Analyze Main Agreement page.
Main Agreement Page
Pending and Processed Agreements
There are two pages to review all agreements.
- Pending: Pending agreements are new agreements to the platform, and will need to be approved by a Manager or Administrator level user. Not everyone will have access to this page. For in-depth information: HERE
- Processed: Processed agreements have been approved and are either active or expired agreements. This is where the majority of all Agreements will live in Analyze.
Filtering
- There are multiple ways to filter to find your exact agreements.
- High-Level filtering: Agreement Name and Type/Tags
- Advanced Filtering: Terms, Content, Tag color, Agreement added, etc

Columns: Active terms can be added to the Main Agreement page as a new column for a Quickview or for exporting as a .xls file

Main Page Layout
Agreement Name: Always in view by default
Type & Tags: Always in view by default, to be reviewed further in upcoming guides
Terms: Add additional terms from the columns dropdown to customize your page
Navigation Menu
- Agreements: Main Agreement Page, above screenshots
- Saved Reports: The agreement-specific creation and running of saved reports.
- Governing Summaries: The roll-up of the active language across a group of agreements, keeps track of amended language for quick access and consistency
- Dashboard: Specific data pulls will reflect time relevancy and in-depth repository reporting needs.
- Events: Calendar or list view of upcoming term specific due dates
- Tasks: View all agreement tasks due on one page

Uploading Agreements through the Main Agreement Page
Single Upload
- Choose your file type: .docx OR .pdf. move on to the next and final step:
- Agreement Name
- Agreement Type
- Agreement Tags
- Choose to upload the agreement or cancel out of the upload
Bulk Upload:
Choose the method best to upload:

Upload without setting Types and Tags, Smart Values will be determined and applied
- Set Types and Tags within the application (Manually add the Types and Tags for each agreement)
- Set Types and Tags using a .csv file (Manually add to a csv when there are many agreements to set)
Once uploaded as a single upload, you will be brought to the new agreement page* and for a bulk upload, a success page will appear.

- Agreement Name
- View original agreement or download
- Features within the agreement
- Terms (default when opening a page)
- Summary
- Info: including Agreement Type and Tags
- Links: Referencing Parent/Child agreements
- Tasks: User-associated tasks assigned
- Notes
- Attachments
- Index Text: Text pulled from the agreement and inserted for quick view
- Global Terms: User or AI-generated
