Overview
The Events page in LinkSquares Analyze enables a bird's-eye view of key agreement dates in an easy-to-view format.
Within this process, LinkSquares AI extracts metadata as Smart Values and populates a calendar or list view. Administrators and Managers can set reminders so that specific users will be notified before the due date so they can take appropriate action. Not missing an important renewal, termination or effective date in one task.
Smart Values that will be reflected as event types are as follows:
- Auto-Renewal Opt-Out Date (calculated)
- Effective Date
- Renewal Date
- Termination Date
Note:
- Events related to agreements within the PENDING tab of the main Agreements page do not appear within the Events page.
- Event reminders adhere to the user's agreement permissions.
Process
To access the Events page, go to the Events tab from the navigation bar.
From here, you will see the default calendar view. The Events page comes in two views: the calendar and the list views.
