Overview
Customize agreements to display the most relevant Global Terms within LinkSquares Analyze.
Global Terms are points of metadata (e.g., dates, terms, and clauses) extracted from your agreements. Customizing your agreement view will provide you with the most important terms you want to see first when opening the agreement.
Process
All Analyze users can reorder terms while viewing an agreement.
Within the Terms tab of the individual agreement view, arrange the order in which terms appear by leveraging the Global Terms drop-down.
Alphabetical: Sort Global Terms alphabetically.
Dates first: Sort Global Terms by dates first before the remaining terms.
Document location: Sort Global Terms by their placement within the agreement (i.e., top to bottom).
Note: All user-generated values and Not Present Smart Values will be found at the bottom of the panel. This can be a helpful sorting order to quickly identify values that are not present.
Match column layout: Sort Global Terms by the order in which Global Terms are configured as columns on the main Agreements page.
Custom term order: Sort Global Terms in the custom term order configured via the blue notepad icon.
To customize the terms within this list, click the blue notepad icon next to the drop-down.
Unmark the checkboxes next to the terms you wish to hide.
To customize the order, drag and drop the terms using the drag handles.
Click Save once complete.
This personal view is now preserved and only updated when the user makes a change.
Alternatively, click Reset or Undo Changes to reset the list of terms after editing.
Clicking Undo Changes reverts to your last saved view. Reset reverts to the default view where all terms are visible.
If no changes are needed, return to the terms list by clicking Return to terms.
