Overview
Similar to the way LinkSquares is a repository for your contracts, the Clause Library is a repository of clauses that are pre-approved by legal.
List your different entities, fallback language, partner information, or product lists for efficient agreement construction – however long or short it might be, all right on one page. Convenience.
Administrators and Managers must add new clauses on behalf of Standard users. To request a new clause, create a new task with the desired clause and include relevant notes.

The main uses for the Clause Library include:
- Tracking primary, secondary, and tertiary language for drafting new agreements
- Storing specific clauses and agreement information to re-negotiate at renewal
- Flagging and referencing clauses that historically have burned you during redlining
The Clause Library is located in the dropdown app selector.
