Overview
LinkSquares Analyze and LinkSquares Finalize are automatically integrated for users that leverage both products.
Once an agreement enters the Fully Signed status in Finalize, the agreement is ingested into Analyze by default. Administrators can modify this setting at any time.
Syncing data from Finalize to Analyze simplifies your workflow by bringing together the two products.
Process
Managing the Analyze Ingestion
Within Finalize settings, Administrators can determine whether agreements in the Fully Signed and/or Done statuses are ingested into Analyze.
To manage the ingestion settings, go to Settings > Finalize App > Global tab.
Scroll down and locate the Completed Agreements section. From here, enable or disable the toggles to fit your business needs.
Administrators can select both statuses, one status, or neither status. The default setting is that agreements within the Fully Signed status are ingested into Analyze.
If your Analyze instance has pending agreements enabled, the agreement coming from Finalize will enter the Pending tab. Otherwise, it will go directly to the main Agreements page.
To learn more about agreement statuses, reference our article on Agreement Phases and Statuses.
Eligibility
- DOCX and PDF file types are eligible for ingestion.
- XLSX file types are not eligible for ingestion if the Analyze and Finalize integration is turned on.

Agreement IDs
When an agreement is ingested into Analyze from Finalize, the agreement ID is sent over. The agreement ID will become searchable and reportable within Analyze as a Global Term: Finalize ID.
The agreement ID can be found within the Analyze individual agreement view in the Terms tab for reference at any time.
Note: Within Analyze, only agreements ingested from Finalize will have an agreement ID.
To learn more about agreement IDs, reference our article on Agreement IDs.
Attachments
Only attachments added to Signature Requests on agreements executed via LinkSquares Sign are ingested into Analyze alongside the main Finalize agreement.
This means that if an agreement has three attachments and one attachment is added to the Signature Request, this singular attachment will be the only file ingested into Analyze.
Attachments for agreements executed via DocuSign and Adobe Acrobat Sign will not be synced. Unsigned attachments will not be synced.
To learn more about adding attachments within Signature Requests, reference our article on LinkSquares Sign: Signature Request Attachments.
Mapping
The data within the Info tab of the Finalize individual agreement view is not synced over to Analyze until the agreement reaches the Fully Signed or Done status.
Once the agreement has been synced to Analyze, any changes made within this tab will not be reflected within Analyze.
Related Agreements
Finalize agreements linked via Related Agreements do not carry over to Analyze upon ingestion.
