Overview
Agreement names may vary across entities or be in different languages.
With agreement IDs in LinkSquares Finalize, users can quickly search, report, and cross-reference agreements between different internal systems.
All existing and future agreements within Finalize will be assigned an agreement ID.
Identifying Agreement IDs
Start at the main Agreements page to locate and identify an agreement ID.
Select an agreement to reach the individual agreement view. Use the filtering capabilities if needed.
Within the individual agreement view, navigate to the Info tab on the right-hand side of the page.
The agreement ID can be found below the AGREEMENT ID header.
The agreement ID can easily be copied by clicking the Copy Text icon on the right-hand side of the ID.
Searching By Agreement IDs
Search for agreements via their agreement ID using the search bar on the main Agreements page.
Note: It is not an option to configure agreement IDs as a column data point.
Finalize and Analyze Integration
When an agreement is ingested into LinkSquares Analyze from Finalize, the agreement ID is sent over.
Note: Finalize agreements are ingested into Analyze based on your Finalize Administrator team's settings.
The agreement ID will become searchable and reportable within Analyze as a Global Term: Finalize ID.
The agreement ID can be found within the individual agreement view in the Terms tab for reference at any time.
Within Analyze, only agreements ingested from Finalize will have an agreement ID.
