This guide will help users become familiar with using the Finalize Word Add-In feature.

Getting Started
Signing into the Word Add-In
After opening the Word Add-In with your Microsoft Word instance, enter your organization’s LinkSquares subdomain in the ‘enter subdomain’ field.
For example: if your log-in for LinkSquares is:
www.app.qa-support.linksquares.com your subdomain is: qa-support
It is recommended to open and log in to Finalize in your web browser.
If you are not already logged in via web browser, you will be asked to log in.
Using the Word Add-In
Once logged in:
Browse Agreements to view Finalize agreements in need of review.
Use search or filters to find the agreement that needs to be worked on
Filters can be applied for a customized view
- View active, inactive, all
- Sort the order of agreements
- Pen Status of agreements
- Status, Agreement Type and Author
Select the version you’d like to review or edit by choosing Open or View
Note: View is only in the PDF format
Once edits are completed, upload a new version of the agreement
