Overview
All users can designate what activity triggers email notifications within LinkSquares Finalize. Email notifications are designed to save time by automatically surfacing relevant information.
Administrators cannot determine email notification settings for the entire user base. Email notification preferences are user-specific in the Finalize web application.

Process
1. To begin, go to Settings from the app selector.
2. Select Finalize App.
3. Go to the Notifications tab.
4. From here, adjust email notification settings by enabling or disabling the toggles.
Settings Overview
Specific To Me
Users can determine whether the following actions trigger email notifications:
Enabled by default for all users
- Added as agreement owner
- Passed the Pen
- Added as agreement collaborator
- Assigned task
- Overdue task
Disabled by default for all users
- Assigned task was deleted
- Completed task
- New agreement is created from my request
Note: The email notification for being unassigned to a task on the agreement level does not include a link to the relevant agreement.

Agreement Status Updates
Users can determine whether status updates within agreements in which they are collaborators, agreement owners, or approvers trigger email notifications.
Users must opt into the status change notifications that they feel are relevant to them.

- Fully Signed

Ineligible Email notification
The user who will receive this email when attempting to email the LinkSquares Finalize ingestion email address from an unauthorized email address.
If a user receives this email notification, the best next steps-
Reach out to the company contact and/or Administrator of the account.
The specific email or general domain name can be added to the 'safe-listing', under Finalize settings/global
Other
Users can determine whether deleted agreements or voided and declined agreements sent out via DocuSign trigger email notifications.
