Overview
LinkSquares Finalize users may receive default email notifications. This feature is enabled to ensure communications are not missed when expected.
Default email notifications cannot be disabled within the user-specific NOTIFICATIONS tab of Finalize App settings. To disable any of these notifications for users, please reach out to our Support team: support@linksquares.com

- Nudged as To-do task assignee(s)
Inbound and Outbound Emails
- Not an allowed sender for unassigned emails (First Finalize Administrator & Inbound Email Author)
- Outbound email receives a reply
- Outbound email sent
User Provisioning
- Finalize user disabled
