Overview
LinkSquares users can reset their password when using the email/password login feature from the LinkSquares login page. They will need to use the reset password if forgotten or set their password for the first time log in with email/password.
Process
1. Click Forgot your Password? from the login page.
Note: If this button is not visible, go to app.linksquares.com/users/password/new.
2. Input the email address linked to your LinkSquares account.
Note: Please verify with your LinkSquares Administrator that this email address is the email linked to your LinkSquares account.
3. You will receive an email with a link and steps on how to change your password.
4. Click into the link.
5. Follow the instructions to reset your password.
Please be mindful of the following requirements when setting your new password:
Minimum of eight characters
One uppercase letter
One lowercase letter
One number
One symbol
6. Open the login page and log back in using the email address linked to your account and your new password.
Note: If you use SSO to log in, your password revision must happen through your SSO provider.
