Overview
The LinkSquares Dashboard feature is a data visualization tool that provides data insight into your Agreements.
Through the LinkSquares standard Dashboard, users gain a comprehensive view of key metadata across all uploaded agreements and more, presented in digestible, intuitive visualizations.
The LinkSquares standard Dashboard in Analyze visualizes agreement tags, terms, and types.
These visualizations can easily be downloaded and shared with team members, providing stakeholders with the transparency they need.
Manager and Administrator roles have access to view the standard LinkSquares Dashboard. Standard roles do not have the ability to view the standard Dashboard.

Process
Data Visualization Dashboard
Each tile represents unique data, independently.
- Effective Date by Quarter: Bar chart of how many agreements start each quarter.
- Agreements by Type (Top 10): Pie chart of the types of contracts that exist in Analyze.
- Agreements Renewing by Quarter: Bar chart of how many agreements renew by quarter
- Renewals by Type (Top 10): Pie chart of the top 10 agreements by type that are renewing.
- Agreements Terminating by Quarter: Bar chart of how many agreements reflect a terminate date for the quarter.
- Terminations by Type (Top 10): Pie chart of the top 10 agreements by type that have a termination date in the date period.
- Clause Analysis: Bar chart of clause terms that appear most frequently in agreements and the number of times they appear.
- Smart Value Analysis: Bar chart of how often Smart Values are present, not present, and false.
- Tag Analysis: Bar chart of how often each tag is used in agreements.
- Governing Law by State: Map of the United States showing how often each state is used for the "Governing Law" agreement term. Darker states are used more often than lighter states
- Governing Law by Country: Map of the world showing how often each country is used for the "Governing Law" agreement term. Darker countries are used more often than lighter countries
The following visualizations display pie charts of global terms being true (gray), not present (red), and false (blue) within agreements.

Tile Filters
Use the filters at the top of the page to customize which data appears in each dashboard tile, allowing you to focus on the specific details or timeframes you want to view.
Selecting each data point will enable a drop-down menu you can select either a preset parameter or create a custom parameter.
By default, the LinkSquares Dashboard is filtered by agreements that are currently renewing or terminating after today's date. All agreement types are included.
After making changes to a filter, click the refresh icon( ) in the upper right-hand corner to update the LinkSquares Dashboard.
LinkSquares Custom Dashboard users can create custom filters based on additional parameters within Analyze.
Note: To hide the filters, click the ( )button in the upper-right. To reset the filters, click the vertical dot menu, then Reset filters
Renewal & Termination Date
- Filter by agreements that renew or terminate before or after a certain date.
- Note: The default view is after the current date

To see renewals and terminations after or before a certain date, set the necessary parameters by choosing the filter and using the drop-down to set the parameters.
This filter is specific to the following dashboard tiles:
- Agreements Renewing by Quarter
- Renewals by Type (Top 10)
- Agreements Terminating by Quarter
- Terminations by Type (Top 10)
Agreement Type
To filter agreement types, use the drop-down.
The default view is any agreement type, all tiles will be revised when changes are made.
Note: The ability to filter by agreement tags is not available within the standard LinkSquares Dashboard.
Dashboard Drill Down
The LinkSquares Dashboard allows users to drill down into the data behind these visualizations.
Taking a closer look at the agreements from which the data is pulled, choose any of the values in a visualization.
Depending on the visualization you select, a modal may open with additional filter options to help you refine and explore the data in more detail.
For Example:
When you click a bar within one of the date-based bar charts, a modal opens displaying a detailed list of all agreements associated with that quarter.
Exporting Dashboards
Download individual tile data, options: CSV and PDF or export the entire LinkSquares Dashboard as a PDF.
- To export the Entire Dashboard:
- Click the kebab menu (three vertical dots) in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard below the navigation bar.
- Select Download from the drop-down.
- A modal will appear with the option to download the data pertaining to the graphs.

Click Download to download the report.
- To download the individual tile data:
- To export a specific visualization, hover over the upper-right corner of the graph. A kebab menu (three vertical dots) will appear, providing export options.
- Select Download data from the drop-down.
- A modal will appear and give you the option to download the data pertaining to the graphs.
- Choose the file format and configure any advanced data options.
- Click Download to download the report.
Modifying Dashboard Time Zone
By default, the LinkSquares Dashboard adheres to the time zone your web browser is set.
To modify the time zone of the dashboard:
- Click into the kebab (three vertical dots) menu in the upper right-hand corner of the dashboard.

Choose the viewer time zone, a dropdown appears; choose your time zone
Note:
- Dashboard-level time zone changes are user-specific.
- Time zones can be applied on both the dashboard level and individual tile level with LinkSquares Custom Dashboards.
LinkSquares Custom Dashboards
LinkSquares Custom Dashboards include additional filter options and the ability to edit existing reports and new personalized reports.
