Overview
The LinkSquares Dashboard feature is a data visualization tool that allows you to get more insight into your agreements.
Through the LinkSquares Dashboard, get a bird's-eye view of the key metadata across all created agreements and more via digestible, intuitive visualization. LinkSquares Dashboards in Finalize visualize contracting processes and workflows.
These visualizations can easily be downloaded and shared with team members, providing stakeholders with the transparency they need.
All user roles except Drafter and Sign-only will have access to view the standard LinkSquares Dashboard. Administrators can view everything within the dashboard. The remaining user base can only view the agreements to which they have access.

Process
There are two views within the LinkSquares Dashboard: the Agreements tab view and the Tasks tab view.
You will find various agreement or task-related data point filters within each view.
These data points provide valuable insight into the metrics of the agreement creation processes within your account.
Read the tiles vertically. Tiles are independent.
Agreements Tab
To filter the LinkSquares Dashboard within the Agreements tab, leverage the filters at the top of the page.
Selecting each data point will enable a drop-down in which you can select either a preset parameter or create a custom parameter.
By default, the LinkSquares Dashboard can be filtered by agreements created in the last 365 days, agreements created in the previous year, versions updated in the last seven days, Pen activity in the last 30 days, and a time selector.
After making changes to a filter, click the refresh icon in the upper right-hand corner to update the LinkSquares Dashboard.
LinkSquares Custom Dashboard users can create custom filters based on additional parameters within Finalize.
