The Executive Dashboard offers a comprehensive collection of metrics designed to visualize the value and Return on Investment (ROI) of LinkSquares, alongside trends and usage metrics.
It provides critical insights for executive stakeholders, facilitating data-driven decisions and demonstrating LinkSquares' impact on organizational performance.
This dashboard is available to customers who opt in, at no additional cost.
Users with appropriate permissions can access the Executive Dashboard within the LinkSquares platform. Once activated, the dashboard can be located on the Finalize Dashboard under the Executive tab.
Process
The Executive Dashboard features pre-configured filters, allowing for the precise configuration of data retrieval. Additionally, it offers the capability to group trend data by monthly, quarterly, or yearly increments.
Key Features and Metrics
Calculating Hours Saved
Calculating Hours Saved accurately is crucial for Legal Operations. To precisely measure time efficiency gains with LinkSquares, utilize filters to isolate specific data points.
Example:
- Agreement drafting time reduces from 45 minutes to 5 minutes using LinkSquares, which is a 40-minute saving per agreement.
With the filter reflecting Agreements Created (minutes) set to 40 minutes, the dashboard will calculate total hours saved with this activity based on the number of agreements created.
Record these calculated Hours Saved results on the dashboard.
Then, applying the average hourly wage to these results will determine total dollar savings, highlighting the financial impact and supporting informed decision-making and strategic resource allocation.
While a starting baseline is provided, customization is essential.
Adjust filters and refresh the dashboard to tailor the results to your business's specific needs.
- Total Hours Saved and Lifetime Savings: This metric displays the cumulative sum of hours saved across all measured activities, along with the total hours saved since the inception of the account.
- Finalize Value & ROI:
- Agreements Created Hours Saved: Displays the trends of Finalize agreements created. Hours saved are calculated by leveraging LinkSquares in the creation and drafting of agreements. The "Agreement Created (minutes)" slider can be adjusted to estimate time saved.
- Ready for Signature Hours Saved: Displays the trends of Finalize agreements based on the Ready for Signature date. Hours saved are calculated based on the time expedited in preparing agreements for signature.
- Achieved Fully Signed Hours Saved: Displays the trends of Finalize agreements based upon the fully signed date. Hours saved are calculated based on the time expedited in achieving fully signed agreements.
- Integration to Finalize Hours Saved: Displays the trends of Finalize Agreements that were created by a 3rd party integration. Hours saved are calculated based on the efficiency gained from the integration.
- Risk Mitigation Hours Saved: Displays the total sum of agreements created in Finalize. Risks mitigated are calculated by centralizing and surfacing agreements and their status.
- Analyze Value & ROI:
- Reviewing New Contracts Hours Saved: Displays the trends of new contracts uploaded into the repository. Hours saved are calculated based on the reduced time required to read, review, and organize agreements using LinkSquares.
- Integration to Analyze Hours Saved: Displays the trends of Analyze Agreements that were created by a 3rd party integration. Hours saved are calculated based on the efficiency gained from the integration.
- Critical Event Repository Review: Displays the total agreements uploaded to Analyze. Time saved is calculated in the context of a critical event, representing the reduced time to locate and review agreements during such an event.
- Finalize Usage Insights:
- Active Users: Displays the count of users who have engaged with Finalize.
- Page View Counts: Tracks the distinct count of page views across various areas in Finalize
- Tasks: Indicates how many tasks were created and approved during a given time period.
- Avg Days in Internal Review: Displays the average number of days an agreement version remained in Internal Review. Entry is based on the agreement version's creation date for a given period.
- Avg Days in Internal Review by Agreement Type: Provides a breakdown of the average days an agreement version remained in Internal Review, categorized by Agreement Type. Entry is based on the agreement version's creation date for a given period. Selecting an Agreement Type on the right side of the chart will remove it from the visualization.
- Avg Days in Counterparty Review: Displays the average number of days an agreement version remained in Counterparty Review. Entry is based on the agreement version's creation date for a given period.
- Avg Days in Counterparty Review by Agreement Type: Provides a breakdown of the average days an agreement version remained in Counterparty Review, categorized by Agreement Type. Entry is based on the agreement version's creation date for a given period. Selecting an Agreement Type on the right side of the chart will remove it from the visualization.
- Avg Days to Fully Signed by Agreement Owner: Displays the average number of days to achieve a fully signed agreement, categorized by Agreement Owner. Entry is based on the agreement's creation date for a given period. Selecting an Agreement Owner name on the right side of the chart will remove the entry from the visualization.
- Analyze Usage Insights:
- Active Users: Displays the count of users who have engaged with Analyze.
- Page View Counts: Tracks the distinct count of page views across various areas within Analyze.
- Reporting Usage by Type: Displays trends in report usage based on report types: Company Reports, My Reports, and Unsaved Reports.
