Overview
Building out an efficient Finalize template can save time for all users who create agreements. Administrators can now group how their token questions are displayed to the user.
- Token questions can be grouped together under a section heading
- Multiple token questions can be displayed on the same page

Process
Creating Sections in Templates
Token sections help break up token questions into logical parts, as related to your Draft (Our Paper) template. Sections that could be helpful to the workflow include:
- Counterparty Details
- Contract Details
- Signatory Details
All tokens relating to the particular section will be presented to the user on the same page.
If there are conditional tokens, they will also display on the section page as the user responds to the token questions.
Note: This feature is specific to the Web Application and not the Salesforce Integration
To begin configuring Sections, edit an existing template or create a new template.
Navigate to the section of the template creation flow to configure Token Questions.
- Choose the ADD SECTION where a new section should be added
- The new section will be created with a default name of 'Untitled Section #'. Rename as appropriate
- Use the Drag and Drop method to move token questions in and out of sections with the horizontal 3-bar line icon
, next to the lined questions
- To delete a section, choose the trash icon at the top of the section in the right-hand corner. If a section is deleted, the existing token questions that were in that section will automatically move to the previous section.
