Overview
Feature Name: Slack Integration
Purpose: Enables LinkSquares users to create a legal request without leaving Slack

Legal request creation with associated files from Slack
Accessing the Feature
Click your username in the bottom left corner of the navigation pane
Select your name
Click the "Manage Account" button
You'll be directed to your team's account settings, automatically landing on the user management section
Click "Integrations" from the left sidebar menu

Required Permissions:
Administrator in LinkSquares
Slack workspace administrator permissions may be required for initial setup
Setting Up the Integration

Initial Connection:
Locate the Slack integration card on the Integrations page
Click the "CONNECT" button
You will be prompted to authorize LinkSquares to access your Slack workspace
Review the permissions requested and click "Allow"

Authorization Process:
If you're not already signed into Slack, you'll be prompted to sign in
Review the workspace access permissions
Confirm the connection by clicking "Allow"
Note. All users must authorize Slack after the initial connection is established.
Managing the Integration

Verifying Connection:
After a successful connection, you'll see a confirmation message
The integration status will be updated on the Integrations page
You can verify the integration in Slack by checking your workspace's installed apps
The home tab of the App should look like this [NEEDS UPDATING]
Disconnecting:
To disconnect the integration, return to the Integrations page
Click "Disconnect" on the Slack integration card
Choose whether to keep or remove the integration
Note: Tokens will be revoked, requiring reauthorization if you want to reconnect later

Create a file library item with the AI chat bot
Create a legal request with the AI chat bot
Chat with the AI LS bot
