Overview
Slack users can enable the LinkSquares integration, allowing them to stay connected to LinkSquares. The LinkSquares Slack integration allows you to take actions in Slack such as drafting a contract, uploading documents to your file library, and searching for contract information.
Connecting Your Slack Account
Click your username in the bottom left corner of the navigation pane and click ‘Organization Settings.’

Ensure the “Integrations” tab is select in the left sidebar, and click the Slack integration card.

Click ‘Slack’ > then ‘Connect’

If you’re the first person connecting to Slack for your organization, you must be an LinkSquares Administrator and must have permission in Slack to install an app to your workspace.

You will be prompted to authorize LinkSquares to access your Slack workspace, ensure the correct workspace is chosen, and click “Allow”

After a successful connection, a confirmation message will appear on the page and will recieve a welcome message in Slack
Disconnecting Your Slack Account
If you ever need to disconnect Slack from LinkSquares you can do so from the LinkSquare app’s home tab in Slack or the Slack integration setting page in LinkSquares
You can also completely uninstall the LinkSquares app from Slack from Slacks ' ‘Manage Apps’ settings page.
Using the Feature

Create a legal request with the AI chat bot
Ask the AI chat bot questions about your contracts
Ask the AI chat bot what it can help you with

Each user wanting to connect their Slack to LinkSquares must authorize the application from LinkSquares integration settings page after the initial connection is established.
