Overview
Shareable links give the team a simple, direct way to start a Finalize workflow from a specific template without needing to navigate through the application.
Each template can generate its own static, permanent link. These links can be shared and posted where the organization works, such as an intranet page, Slack channel, or shared drive.
Process
Shareable Links
Once a Shareable link is created and provided, the Finalize user will be brought straight to the agreement creation for the template workflow. There is no need to search for the correct template to create your agreement now. This ensures users always begin with the correct template and reduces errors that occur when team members select the incorrect template.
To enable this feature in your account, reach out to your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager, depending on what stage your company is in

Note:
The user will need to have prior access to the template being shared
If the user is not logged in, they will be prompted to log in to the LinkSquares platform first.
This feature is specific to the Web Application and not the Salesforce Integration
Benefits:
- Removes friction: Team members do not need to remember which template to use
- Saves time: The manual search for a template is removed, and agreements can be launched more efficiently
- Support the team processes: Shareable links can be added to intake forms, department pages, onboarding resources, or anywhere agreements are regularly initiated.
How to Generate a Shareable Link
- Open Finalize and go to the Templates section. This can be found at the top of the page in the horizontal menu
- With the template page open, find the template to create a Shareable Link
Select the three-horizontal dot menu on the line item of the template
- Select New Agreement Link
A pop-up will appear with the autogenerated link. Copy the link and provide it directly to users, or in communication channels where team members need it.
Shareable Link Expectations
Once a user has received a Shareable Link.
- The user should be logged into LinkSquares first; if not, once the user clicks into the link, the chosen login method will be prompted.
- If already logged in, the user will be taken directly into the agreement creation process for that specific template.- Collaborators will not be visible when looking from the Main Agreements page until the agreement is created and out of the draft stage.
