Overview
Saving an agreement as a draft during creation helps preserve your progress and supports a more efficient workflow. An agreement draft can provide ease to users and resume exactly where they left off. Additionally, Administrators can review and complete drafts when needed to maintain continuity across the team.
Process
Saving a Workflow as a Draft
Users can begin filling out a Finalize workflow and save it using the Save and Exit button during agreement creation at any time.
This preserves all completed answers up to that point and will create a workflow in Draft status.
Note:
- Agreement Draft Status is currently only available when using Draft (Our paper) templates.
- This feature is specific to the Web Application and not the Salesforce Integration
To enable this feature in your account, reach out to your Implementation Manager or Customer Success Manager, depending on what stage your company is in
Implementation: Implementation Manager
Post Implementation: Customer Success Manager
- Agreements with Draft status will only be visible to the agreement author or Administrators.
- The workflow will be added to the list of Active agreements with Draft status
Resuming a Draft
To resume a Draft workflow, click on the workflow from the Agreements tab
Administrators have the ability to:
- Access any workflow saved in a Draft status
- Complete draft workflows that were started by any other users
This is useful when a user is unavailable or when an Administrator needs to assist in completing a workflow.
