Overview
Once the LinkSquares application is connected to a workspace, anyone in that workspace is able to submit a legal request to LinkSquares.
Process
How to submit a legal request in Slack:
- Click the Submit Legal Request button from the LinkSquares application Home tab OR in any conversation, type /linksquares request
Note: If you do not see the LinkSquares slash command available to you, please see this article under ‘Updating the LinkSquares Slack Connection’ - Choose the appropriate template for your legal inquiry or action.
- Fill out the request details.
- Click ‘Submit’.
- You will receive a Slack message stating your request has been submitted to your legal team.
Note: After you receive the initial message stating your request has been received, you will not receive any further Slack notifications relating to your request.
In Prioritize, a request submitted via Slack can be identified in the activity tab.
