Prioritize Slack Integration

Overview

Once the LinkSquares application is connected to a Slack workspace, anyone in that workspace is able to submit a legal request to LinkSquares. 

Process

How to submit a legal request in Slack:

  1. Click the Submit Legal Request button from the LinkSquares application Home tab OR in any conversation, type /linksquares request


    Note: If you do not see the LinkSquares slash command available to you, please see this article under ‘Updating the LinkSquares Slack Connection’
  2. Choose the appropriate template for your legal inquiry or action.
  3. Fill out the request details.
  4. Click ‘Submit’.
  5. You will receive a Slack message stating your request has been submitted to your legal team.

Note: After you receive the initial message stating your request has been received, you will not receive any further Slack notifications relating to your request. 

In Prioritize, a request submitted via Slack can be identified in the activity tab.
