Overview
LinkSquares Analyze users may receive default email notifications.
Default email notifications are notifications that cannot be disabled.
This feature ensures automated communication regarding:
- user-uploaded agreements
- assigned tasks
- added to the platform as a new user
Process
There are four Analyze default email notifications that every user will be provided.
- Single agreement upload has been fully processed: Sent to the user who uploaded the agreement. This email is triggered when the user marks the "Notify me when Agreement is fully processed" checkbox during a single agreement upload. All Analyze users are eligible based on your organization’s settings for Standard users to upload agreements.
- Approval task assigned: Sent to the task assignee(s).
- To-do task assigned: Sent to the task assignee(s)
- Welcome to LinkSquares invitation: Sent to the new user. The link within this invitation expires after 10 days.
Default Email Notifications
Agreements
Event: Single agreement upload has been fully processed
Recipients: The user who uploaded the agreement
Details: Subject line: [LinkSquares] Agreement Processed
Note: This email is triggered when the user marks the Notify me when Agreement is fully processed. checkbox during a single agreement upload.
All Analyze users are eligible based on your organization’s settings for Standard users to upload agreements.
Tasks
Event: Approval task assigned
Recipients: The task assignee(s)
Details: Subject line: [LinkSquares] New Approval Task - Task Name
Event: To-do task assigned
Recipients: The task assignee(s)

User Provisioning
Event: Welcome to LinkSquares invitation
Recipients: The new user
