Overview
Streamline the agreement creation flow with Dynamic Language and Dynamic Questions in LinkSquares Finalize.
Having predetermined Dynamic Questions when creating an agreement help guide the creator through the process, ensuring nothing critical is overlooked.
Dynamic Language reduces the need for Administrators to create and manage multiple templates with slight variations for each use case. Consequently, templates can be consolidated, resulting in fewer templates to choose from and less ambiguity for Drafters when creating new agreements.

Dynamic Questions
With Dynamic Questions, Administrators create logic within Draft templates (Our Paper), Request forms (Our Paper), and Intake workflows (3rd Party Paper) that dynamically trigger follow-up questions based on a previous question’s context.
Dynamic Questions eliminate the need for Drafters to answer irrelevant questions when creating new agreements and enable Administrators to gather important information on the agreement up-front. This ensures contract data is relevant and accurate, and reduces the number of steps to achieve it.
Within this process, Single-selection agreement detail fields can be configured to allow Administrators to set up dynamic logic.
The Single-selection answer type means that Drafters can only select one possible answer to the agreement detail field when creating new agreements from the template.
For example, Drafters may be asked to select between deals that are 100k or more and under 100k.
Based on this response, additional follow-up questions may dynamically trigger.
Once the agreement has been created, the only questions visible within the Info tab of the individual agreement view are the standard agreement detail fields and questions dynamically selected during the agreement creation process.
The answers can be modified at any time so they can be used as a constant source of truth. However, the questions will not dynamically change if the responses are modified.
Dynamic Questions are one of several dynamic features available in Finalize.

Dynamic Language
With Dynamic Language, Administrators create rules within Draft templates (Our Paper) that dynamically insert, update, or remove language based on the agreement’s context.
Within this process, Single-selection tokens can be configured to allow Administrators to set up dynamic rules. The Single-selection answer type for agreement detail fields can also trigger dynamic rules.
The Single-selection answer type means that Drafters can only select one possible answer to the token or agreement detail field when creating new agreements from the template.
For example, Drafters may be asked to select between a French and German entity:
Based on this response, the final agreement may include modified language based on the rules configured during template creation:
