Overview
Administrators can configure default BCC fields to automatically generate within LinkSquares Finalize outbound emails. Default BCC fields streamline the ability to track emails sent out with Finalize agreements.
This is particularly useful for those agreements that require keeping multiple team members informed.
Note: Default BCC fields align with general email BCC functionality.

Process
1. To begin, go to Settings from the app selector.
2. Select Finalize App.
3. Go to the Global tab.
4. Locate the Auto BCC setting.
5. To add new recipients, click + EMAIL ADDRESS. Add up to three BCC recipients to receive all copies of Finalize outbound emails.
This button will be grayed out once the maximum number of recipients has been reached.
6. Click the ellipsis next to an existing email address to edit or delete it.
Once configured, the BCC recipients will be automatically included when drafting emails within Finalize. These recipients cannot be removed from individual emails.
