Overview
Customers managing vendor contracts work in multiple platforms for payment processing and contract review, creating operational friction and delayed approvals that negatively impact business velocity and supplier relationships. By unifying LinkSquares contract intelligence with Ramp's spend management, decision makers will be empowered to manage financial commitments compliantly through a single, integrated workflow.
This article details the installation and configuration process for the LinkSquares Finalize integration with Ramp.
Process
To install the integration:
- To install and configure the integration, the User must be a Ramp Administrator and a LinkSquares Finalize Administrator
- If using SSO, login into LinkSquares prior to clicking Connect in the Ramp Marketplace to enable the connection redirect. If username/password is used, the user will be redirected to log in.
- The integration must be enabled in LinkSquares.

Installing the Package
Navigate to the LinkSquares App listing in the Ramp Marketplace
- Company -> Integrations -> Productivity
- Click Connect.
Note: If using SSO, log in to your LinkSquares instance first and then click Connect in Ramp - The page redirects you to your LinkSquares login page.
- Login to your LinkSquares instance that will be connected with the Ramp integration.
- Once logged in, navigate to Settings -> Finalize App -> Integrations
Scroll down to the Ramp Integration section on the page and click Connect
The page will redirect to the Ramp authorization page
- Select Allow
Once clicking Allow, the page will redirect back to the LinkSquares settings page.
The Ramp section will update with the option to Disconnect Account.
