Overview
Send agreements out for signature via Adobe Acrobat Sign directly from LinkSquares Finalize.
If you would like to integrate your Finalize instance with Adobe Sign, contact your Customer Success Manager. Once enabled, you will receive a prompt to sign in to your Adobe Sign account. After signing in, Adobe Sign will be successfully integrated with Finalize.
Note: Agreements cannot be executed via Adobe Sign within the LinkSquares Finalize integration in Salesforce.

Integration Requirements:
Due to how Adobe packages their API, only the below Adobe packages will integrate with LinkSquares:
- Adobe for Enterprise
- Acrobat Sign Solutions for Enterprise, as an add-on OR a monthly allowance of Sign
- Transactions with those transactions allocated to the proper Adobe/LinkSquares users.
Process
Once an agreement is in the Ready for Signature status, you can execute it via Adobe Sign within the individual agreement view.
Select Adobe Sign from the eSignature drop-down next to the latest agreement version.
Note: Attachments cannot be added alongside the agreement.
Enter the email addresses of the desired signatories within the Send to AdobeSign modal.
Be sure to include all signatories from your company and relevant counterparties.
Use the + and - icons to add or remove email addresses.
By marking the Send signature requests sequentially? checkbox, the signature requests will be sent sequentially. Signature requests are sent to the outlined signatories at once by default.
Click SEND once complete.
You will be prompted to log in to Adobe Sign to verify your account. Users must log in to verify their account whenever executing agreements via Adobe Sign.
Next, grant permission to LinkSquares to integrate with your Adobe Sign account.
Click Allow Access.
Once within Adobe Sign, you will land on this screen:
On this landing page, you can add the necessary recipients and any CC's for the signature process.
Click Preview & add fields
Follow the standard Adobe Sign processes to configure the necessary fields for each recipient.
Click Send once complete.
The agreement has officially been sent out for signature to the designated signatories.
The status of the agreement will change from Ready for Signature to Out for Signature.
View the agreement within Adobe Sign by clicking VIEW IN ADOBE SIGN from the individual agreement view.
Signatories will receive an email prompting them to sign the agreement.
Signatories will follow the standard Adobe Sign processes to sign the agreement.
The agreement status will change to Partially Signed after the agreement has been signed by some, but not all, required parties.
After the agreement has been fully signed, signatories will receive a copy of the agreement. The agreement status will change from Out for Signature or Partially Signed to Fully Signed.
In the Fully Signed status, you can send the agreement via email through Finalize, preview the agreement, or download the signed agreement from the individual agreement view.
Note: Once the agreement enters the Fully Signed status, the agreement may be automatically ingested into LinkSquares Analyze based on your Finalize Administrator team's settings.

If a signatory decides not to sign the agreement and voids it, an error message will appear within the agreement in Finalize. The status will revert from Partially Signed or Out for Signature to Ready for Signature.
If needed, make any required edits to the agreement and upload it to Finalize by clicking + NEW VERSION from the individual agreement view.
Once complete, re-send the agreement out for signature via Adobe Sign.
