Overview
The AI-Suggested Subtasks feature facilitates project planning by leveraging generative AI.
It operates in conjunction with Task Templates in Prioritize, which serve as predefined workflows for task creation. The efficacy of these templates relies heavily on the inclusion of comprehensive subtasks, which can be a time-consuming endeavor to create without a clear understanding of what's required.
AI-Suggested Subtasks alleviates the manual burden of subtask creation by automatically generating suggested subtasks based on user input. Users simply articulate their requirements to the system, such as requesting a list to review marketing collateral, and AI promptly generates a set of suggested steps. From there, users have the flexibility to accept, decline, or regenerate these suggestions, ensuring alignment with their specific needs and processes.
Upon creating a Prioritize task from a given Template, the programmed subtasks are automatically incorporated, enhancing efficiency and consistency in project planning processes.
